At the moment your best choices are: Cinelerra, KDEnlive and Kino. The rest of these don't work properly (yet) since they are in early development stages.
There are also the proprietary options: MainConcepts MainActor, which is relatively cheap for a professional editor. Also, there are some really high-end proprietary video editors, which usually require their own hardware.(Not listed here, as the price-tags are too high for us mortals.)
