To Install (on Ubuntu):

Aptana is a free, open source, and cross platform web-platform IDE, programmed in Java for the Eclipse IDE, though it is available as a standalone application. It features code assist for Javascript, HTML, and CSS, built in website preview (uses Firefox), project management, FTP/SFTP uploading, error and warning notification, and built in support for many popular Javascript libraries (more can be added).
Other languages, such as PHP, can be used in Aptana although they are not supported fully at the moment. Aptana is still very much in development, the latest build is .2.7.
